These terms govern your use of Tracly, a video source finder utility available at tracly.tech.

Service Description

Tracly lets users paste a video URL or describe a video so the service can search for a likely original source link using metadata extraction and search APIs. Search results are algorithmic and may not always be exact.

Payment Terms

Tracly charges ₹29 per successful source result. The payment unlocks the full source URL for the search session. If Tracly cannot locate a usable source result, no payment gate is shown and no charge is applied by Tracly.

Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable once a source result has been successfully returned and unlocked. If you believe a payment was made but no result was unlocked because of a technical error, contact hello@tracly.tech with the payment details.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for the searches you submit and for how you use any links Tracly returns. You agree not to use Tracly for unlawful activity, harassment, infringement, or attempts to access content in a way that violates third-party rights or platform rules.

Third-Party Content

Tracly does not host, control, endorse, or verify third-party content. Source links may lead to external websites with their own terms, policies, and content standards. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, accuracy, or changes.

Availability and Accuracy

The service is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee that every video can be found, that a returned match is perfect, or that third-party links will remain online.

Changes

We may update the service and these terms from time to time. Continued use of Tracly after updates means you accept the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
