Tracly provides a video source finder utility at tracly.tech. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

We collect the video URLs, descriptions, and search metadata you submit so we can analyze the request, search indexed sources, and return a result. We may receive temporary technical data such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, and request logs to protect the service from abuse and diagnose errors.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Tracly does not store payment card numbers, CVV values, bank credentials, or full payment instrument details. Dodo may share payment status, transaction identifiers, and limited checkout metadata with us so we can unlock paid results.

How We Use Information

We use submitted searches to provide source results, prevent misuse, improve reliability, handle support requests, and verify successful payments. Search sessions are temporary and designed for short-lived result unlocking.

Temporary Storage

Search queries and result sessions are stored temporarily for the active session and normally expire after about one hour. Operational server logs may exist for a limited period as part of hosting and security monitoring.

Data Sharing

We do not sell user data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate Tracly, including hosting providers, Google Custom Search, RapidAPI-based metadata providers, and Dodo Payments. These providers process data according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Your Responsibilities

Please do not submit sensitive personal information in search descriptions. If you contact us, we will use your email address only to respond to your request and manage support.

Security

We use HTTPS, rate limiting, security headers, and payment webhooks to protect the service. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure, but we use practical safeguards appropriate for this utility.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
